TIME Manufacturing Company is seeking a Final Assembly Technician for the 2nd shift in Bethlehem, PA. This full-time role involves preparing completed trucks for quality control by finishing, installing, and testing to company standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning trucks, mounting equipment, performing stability and testing, recording measurements, applying non-skid materials, and touch-up painting. Safety and quality are emphasized throughout the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in assembly/manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and safety procedures.
• Able to stand, lift, and work in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean trucks to ensure professional final appearance.
• Mount and install equipment such as extinguishers and kits.
• Perform stability testing and verify operation.
• Conduct aerial time and water testing as required.
• Record truck weight and height measurements.
• Apply non-skid materials where needed.
• Touch-up paint for high-quality finish.
• Ensure components meet safety and quality before QC.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
