Job summary

Elliott Equipment Company is seeking an Assembly Technician for our Final Production Line. You will install hydraulics, valves, cylinders and controls per customer drawings, ensuring adherence to specifications. The role requires basic 12V electrical systems knowledge and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Experience in hydraulic systems and mechanical assembly is preferred. Candidates should be able to read engineering drawings, use measuring tools, and work safely in a team environment.

• Maintain punctual and regular attendance
• Perform related duties as assigned

ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN FINAL PRODUCTION LINE 2000 HIRING BONUS

Pay Range 20 27 based on experience and skill set

OVERALL SUMMARY

Responsible for various types of installation mechanics Elliott products are manufactured to customer drawings specifications or other forms of instruction for installation Also includes custom installation of hydraulic valves cylinders and controls Basic knowledge of 12v electrical systems and basic wiring techniques

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Interpretation of mechanical drawings
• Conventional and precision measuring instruments
• Process inspection certification and documentation
• Builds andor modifies equipment in accordance to established specifications to meet specific project requirements
• Repairs andor modifies existing and new products accordance with established specifications and procedures
• Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies
• Promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
• Punctual and regular attendance is required
• Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned
• Must have own tools

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of Hydraulics and 12v electrical
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to communicate with co workers supervisors and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner
• Ability to attend to visual and written details in order to identify errors

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or equivalentPrevious mechanical experience requiredThree years of Hydraulic knowledge in a job shop environment preferred but not required
