Job summary

MSA Safety in Cranberry Township, PA seeks a Production Technician I for Final Assembly on 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, Monday–Friday). Starting pay is $22.90/hr with a $1.00 shift differential.

The role focuses on assembling, wiring, soldering, testing, and packaging products to meet customer specifications, with emphasis on safety and quality standards. Candidates should have at least 3 months electronics manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months electronics manufacturing or related experience.
• 6–9 months to become proficient on the job with acceptable quality and quantity.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, modify and rework moderately complex products and sub-assemblies with wiring and soldering.
• Follow test procedures and perform minor troubleshooting at the assembly level.
• Pack products and accessories according to customer specifications.
• Adhere to safety, housekeeping and quality standards; support production goals.
