Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• No sponsorship or relocation support; within 50 miles of the Greenwood, SC work location.
• Active-Duty Military service members are exempt from geographical area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly personnel and production activities; plan schedules to meet customer requirements and commitments.
• Manage unit operations, resources, and safety adherence within defined costs.
• Sustain 5S+ in all responsible areas and ensure PPE usage.
• Train new assembly line workers on procedures and safety protocols.
• Provide ongoing training and support to team members to achieve high standards.
• Address assembly line issues and implement effective solutions.
• Identify business improvements and perform root cause analyses to resolve problems.
• Report production metrics to the supervisor or operations manager.
