Job summary

Toyota Deutschland GmbH in Georgetown, Kentucky seeks a Final Assembly Production Engineer to support development and implementation of new model preparation at NAMC sites. You will help ensure equipment safety, quality, and efficient automation use.

Role involves planning with plant teams, evaluating model change impacts, and leading equipment projects from concept to launch. Travel up to 20% across NAMCs and Japan may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Assembly Engineering or Internal Logistics Engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Able to work up to 30% overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects with plant teams for upcoming model changes.
• Evaluate impact of model changes on vehicle processes.
• Develop new technologies and vendor base for PE/Manufacturing competitiveness.
• Lead equipment projects from concept to launch for Equipment and Automation across NAMCs.
• Collaborate with Toyota groups including TMNA Final Assembly Engineering and NAMCs teams.
