Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Applied Engineering.
• Production/manufacturing environment experience in an engineering or technical role (co-op/internship acceptable).
• Project management experience: leading, prioritizing, milestones, status reporting.
• Strong communication across levels within and outside the organization.
• Excellent time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Driving is required with acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to resolve manufacturing operational issues.
• Gather and analyze detailed data to influence vehicle quality decisions.
• Provide technical support to production for process improvements.
• Ensure activities comply with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Manage and lead multiple projects with timely completion.
• Participate in cross-functional teams including production, safety, maintenance, and quality.
