Job summary

Qualifications
- 3 years of demonstrated project management work experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in automated manufacturing environments.
- Ability to work with vendors and coordinate schedules.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute equipment vendor buyoffs to validate safety, quality, cycle time, ergonomic, and functional requirements.
- Support equipment debugging, troubleshooting, and process stabilization during launch phases to meet production targets.
- Develop and implement countermeasures for equipment, process, and production issues through root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
