Position Overview

Final Assembler – 2nd Shift.Location: Lincoln Avenue facility in Waukesha, WI. Core hours are 3:00pm–11:00pm, Monday‑Friday. Overtime may be required at times.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly rate: $26.20–$27.78 depending on experience.
  • Shift premium: $2.50 per hour for the 2nd Shift.
  • Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 paid in two installments—$1,000 after 3 months and $1,000 after 9 months of employment, subject to applicable withholding. Bonus eligibility is limited to this position and shift.
  • Health and welfare benefits start on day one.

Responsibilities
  • Locate and assemble control boxes and conduit per drawings onto tank exteriors.
  • Wire controls to accessories as required by drawings, bill of material, and assemble control panels—including all wiring inside cabinets for three‑phase pads and substations.
  • Secure all wiring to maintain required spacing between accessories for a neat appearance and customer access.
  • Mount air load‑break switches, cubicles, doors, throat covers, hoods, fans, and barriers as specified.
  • Mount switch plates, identification plates, and instruction plates as specified.
  • Attach connectors to bushing terminals and install lightening arresters as required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must reside within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility (Active‑Duty Military Service members are exempt).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education in AC/DC fundamentals.
  • Minimum of one year of electrical experience.
Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Ability to interpret drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
