Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a skilled Fin Tube Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Oklahoma. This role safely sets up and operates the McElroy 6S finning machine to produce quality finned tubes per blueprints, specs, and production requirements.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, self-motivated, and committed to high standards. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, selecting tooling, adjusting machine settings, measuring parts, and maintaining tools and area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience operating a McElroy finning machine preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, dimensions, planning sheets, and sketches.
• Excellent measuring skills with tape measures, calipers, dial indicators, micrometers, and other measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and safely operate the McElroy 6S finning machine.
• Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and specifications.
• Determine tooling, machine settings, finning methods, and sequences.
• Measure parts and verify dimensions with appropriate tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area and report issues.
