This Fin Machine Operator role involves running Robinson and Voss fin machines, maintaining equipment, and ensuring accuracy and safety across shifts. Strong manual dexterity and blueprint-reading skills are essential for high-quality output.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with machine tools or mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read blueprints and manuals; GD&T knowledge preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines on designated product lines according to the production schedule.
• Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift.
• Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running; perform basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure safety devices and guards are operational and safety procedures are observed.
• Ensure machines produce quality products by periodic output checks.
• Create and maintain activity/job logs as required.
• Record production performance, counts, downtime and other information as required.
• Meet production performance targets.
• Participate in production process improvement efforts.
