Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fin press machines according to job specifications.
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations during production.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and workplace regulations.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams.
