Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Finisher for our Monticello, IN location to assemble filtration products in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This 1st shift on-site role runs from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

You will support plastic assembly, inspect products, and use various hand tools and power equipment to finish items. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least two years of trade school or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support CANS and other work functions in Plastic Assembly.
• Create quality products to satisfy customer needs.
• Initially inspect products and operate hand tools and power equipment to finish products.
• Proceed on most job duties with minimal supervision.
• Other duties as assigned to fulfill Donaldson’s mission and strategic plan.
