Donaldson Company is seeking a Finisher for our Monticello, IN location. This on-site, first-shift role (5:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.) involves assembling filtration products in a collaborative setting.
You will inspect and finish products with a range of hand tools and equipment, working with the team to meet quality standards and production goals. A high school diploma or equivalent plus trade-related experience is preferred.

The Finisher role at our Monticello, IN location involves working collaboratively to assemble filtration products in an innovative, team-oriented environment. This is a 1st shift on-site position, with hours from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Will support CANS and other work functions in Plastic Assembly.
Creates quality products to satisfy our customers' needs.
Initially inspects products, operates a wide variety of hand tools and power equipment to finish products.
Must be able to proceed on most job duties with minimal supervision.
Other duties may be assigned in order to fulfill Donaldson’s mission, vision and strategic plan objectives.

A combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma, or equivalent plus a minimum of two years of trade school or qualified work experience.

This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
