Donaldson Company, Inc. in Monticello, IN is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.).
This on-site role involves assembling filtration products in a collaborative, safety‑minded team environment. You will trim flash, set up and operate machines, inspect parts for defects, maintain production sheets, and ensure correct packaging and labeling, while following all safety rules and communicating with the team.

This is a 2nd shift on-site position, with hours from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Hourly Rate: $22.22 Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance. This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
