Job Responsibilities

Replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old to operate the company vehicle.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Live within 40 miles of the designated region.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet and using extension ladders.
• Weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety requirements.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Proven ability to work independently.
• Willing to work overtime and overnight travel as needed.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds.

Preferred Experience

• Facility, grounds maintenance, construction, HVAC, cable installation, route driving, or roofing.
