Job summary

Openwork is seeking a Production Assembler in Kennesaw, GA to build high-quality products in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. You will follow production guidelines, review instructions, and ensure correct materials and tools are used.

You should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and prior assembly experience; electrical assembly experience is preferred. You must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and read blueprints with good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Review assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to ensure proper tools and materials are used.
  • Position parts using templates and precise measurements to confirm correct fit and specifications.
  • Adjust dimensions and resolve assembly issues to meet final product requirements.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records while monitoring inventory needs.
  • Follow all safety procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dedicated Production Assembler in Kennesaw, GA. In this hands-on and technical role, you will be responsible for building high-quality products that meet strict industry standards while contributing to a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

IN A PRODUCTION ASSEMBLER JOB, YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
  • Product Assembly: Assembling assigned product components according to established production guidelines.
  • Technical Preparation: Reviewing assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to ensure proper tools and materials are used.
  • Quality Verification: Positioning parts using templates and precise measurements to confirm correct fit and specifications.
  • Problem Solving: Adjusting dimensions and resolving assembly issues to meet final product requirements.
  • Documentation & Inventory: Maintaining accurate production and quality records while monitoring inventory needs.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Following all safety procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior assembly experience; electrical assembly experience required.
  • Physical Ability: High dexterity and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and measurements.
