We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities
  • Product Assembly: Perform a variety of tasks ranging from detailed bench work to larger assembly projects.
  • Production Alignment: Work efficiently with orders linked to specific production schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Technical Interpretation: Read and follow technical guidelines to ensure all components are assembled to specification.
  • Operational Flexibility: Transition seamlessly between assembly tasks and warehouse duties (WH) as business needs shift.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of accuracy and craftsmanship across all assembled components.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: Familiarity with component assembly is required.
  • Technical Skills: Blue print experience of some type is preferred.
  • Process Knowledge: Familiarity with how orders are linked to production orders and workflows.
  • Physical & Adaptable: Comfortable performing both stationary bench work and more active, large-scale assembly; must be flexible to assist in the warehouse as needed.
  • Detail Oriented: Ability to maintain precision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
