Deluxe is seeking an Account Coordinator to support theatrical releases, coordinating localization, cinema mastering, and delivery workflows. You will liaise with clients and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes across subtitling, audio, and mastering disciplines.

This role emphasizes strong communication, collaboration, and proactive problem‑solving to keep complex projects on track and to deliver service excellence to top film projects.

Qualifications

• Confidence handling multi‑stakeholder projects with tight turnarounds.
• Exceptional communication skills—big‑picture and detail oriented.
• Collaborative mindset and relationship-building with teams and clients.
• Experience in account management, project management, post‑production or related client roles.
• Familiarity with localization and media workflows is a plus.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality service to drive client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support customers' theatrical versioning and release from localization to cinema mastering and delivery.
• Unite creative, technical, and operational teams to maintain clarity and momentum.
• Communicate with clients to keep them informed and delighted throughout the process.
• Identify and solve blockers to protect timelines and quality.
• Keep project data, milestones, and updates accurate and current.
• Champion excellence across subtitling, audio, picture editing, mastering, QC and delivery.
• Suggest workflow improvements and share best practices with junior staff.
