Fresenius Kabi USA in Grand Island, NY is seeking a 2nd shift Filling Machine Operator to run high-speed filling equipment in a clean room. The role requires setup, changeovers, cleaning, and adherence to aseptic procedures in a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Medical, food, or other cGMP production environment experience strongly preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs chest high.
• Adhere to and stay current on all training requirements.
• Wear clean room safety equipment/apparel and maintain safe work environment.
• English required to perform essential functions in a heavily regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed filling equipment in a clean room and temperature-controlled environment.
• Perform cleaning, set-up, minor maintenance, changeovers, and breakdowns using aseptic techniques.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and complete documentation as required.

Responsibilities

• 2nd Shift is 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Hourly Range: $21.50 - 22.50
• Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Our Filling Machine Operators are responsible for running high-speed computerized filling equipment in a clean room and temperature controlled manufacturing environment. They conduct cleaning, set-up, minor maintenance, changeovers, and breakdown of filling lines using proper aseptic technique, and strictly follow standard operating procedures and documentation requirements.
