Job summary

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a Filling Machine Operator in Grand Island, Nebraska. Work 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with an hourly pay range of $21.50–$22.50.

You will run high-speed filling equipment in a clean room and controlled environment, performing setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance while following strict SOPs and documentation. Required is a High School diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, ability to lift 50 lbs, and fluent English for safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• cGMP production environment experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs chest high.
• Must be able to understand policies and procedures in English.

Our Filling Machine Operators are responsible for running high-speed computerized filling equipment in a clean room and temperature controlled manufacturing environment. They conduct cleaning, set-up, minor maintenance, changeovers, and breakdown of filling lines using proper aseptic technique, and strictly follow standard operating procedures and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Medical, food, or other cGMP production environment experience strongly preferred
• Mechanical aptitude required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs chest high
• Adhere to and stay current on all training requirements
• Wear clean room safety equipment/apparel and maintain safe work environment
