Fresenius Kabi USA in Grand Island, NY is hiring a Filling Machine Operator for 3rd shift. You will run high-speed filling equipment in a controlled clean room, perform set-ups, changes, and routine maintenance, and ensure strict adherence to aseptic procedures and SOPs. English proficiency and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Medical, food, or other cGMP production environment experience strongly preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs chest high.
• Adhere to and stay current on all training requirements.
• Wear clean room safety equipment/apparel and maintain safe work environment.
• The Company’s primary business language is English; must understand and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed, computerized filling equipment in a clean room environment.
• Conduct cleaning, setup, minor maintenance, changeovers, and breakdowns of filling lines using aseptic technique.
• Follow SOPs and documentation requirements at all times.

• 3rd Shift is 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday nights
• Hourly Range: $21.50 – 23.50
• Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Our Filling Machine Operators are responsible for running high-speed computerized filling equipment in a clean room and temperature controlled manufacturing environment. They conduct cleaning, set-up, minor maintenance, changeovers, and breakdown of filling lines using proper aseptic technique, and strictly follow standard operating procedures and documentation requirements.
