Fresenius Kabi in Nebraska is seeking a Filling Machine Operator to run high-speed filling equipment in a clean room and temperature-controlled environment. The role includes cleaning, setup, changeovers, and routine breakdowns while following aseptic techniques and strict SOPs.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to training and safety protocols. English is the primary business language in this regulated setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Medical, food, or other cGMP production environment experience strongly preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs chest high.
• Adhere to and stay current on all training requirements.
• Wear clean room safety equipment/apparel and maintain safe work environment.
• The Company’s primary business language is English. The successful candidate must be able to effectively speak, read, write, and understand English to perform the essential functions of the position, including independently understanding policies, procedures, training materials, and workplace communications written in English due to our heavily regulated work environment.

Responsibilities

• Run high-speed filling equipment in a clean room and temperature-controlled environment.
• Perform setup, minor maintenance, and changeovers on filling lines using aseptic technique.
• Break down filling lines and maintain strict SOPs and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with cGMP.

• 3rd Shift is 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday nights
• Hourly Range: $21.50 – 23.50
• Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
