The position offers a base salary of $75,000–$85,000 with potential annual incentive, reflecting experience and performance, with benefits including health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment with focus on safety, quality, and performance metrics.
• Strong working knowledge of GMP, safety programs, and 6S/lean workplace standards; experience conducting safety training and tracking compliance.
• Experience with high-speed automated production equipment; bottle filling machinery experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily filling line operations to meet production schedules while ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Supervise, coach, and develop ~25 production employees; drive accountability and performance.
• Monitor key production metrics; implement corrective actions to improve results.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, GMP standards, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct shift kick-off meetings and align priorities across Production, QA, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and HR.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and costs using Lean methodologies.
• Maintain inspection-ready conditions with proper housekeeping and documentation.
• Oversee production documentation including work orders, labor reporting, and quality checks.
• Support employee development and performance management, including training and corrective actions.
