Job summary

Kutol Products Company, Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee the safe and efficient running of our filling lines on all shifts.

You will set up, operate, clean out, and changeover lines, lead teammates, and ensure paperwork meets FDA requirements. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts; great benefits and a stable work environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude to set up and changeovers with hand tools.
• Ability to direct and lead a production team.
• Ability to read fill line work orders and customer specifications.
• Attention to detail and writing skills for checks and documentation.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned filling line to meet production goals and quality.
• Set up, operate, clean out and changeover line tasks.
• Direct teammates to ensure safe, efficient line operation.
• Complete required paperwork and ensure FDA paperwork compliance.
