Job summary

MOC Products Group LLC in Pacoima, CA is seeking a hands-on Filling Line Supervisor to support daily production on up to four automated filling lines. You will report to the Production Manager and lead production personnel, coordinate line setup, monitor output, and maintain records in Dynamics.

The ideal candidate demonstrates safety leadership, teamwork, and clear cross‑department communication to meet targets safely and on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, production, filling line, or warehouse.
• Prior lead, supervisor, or team coordination experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Able to read SOPs, maintenance schedules and manuals in English.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience required.
• Able to calculate proportions, percentages, weights, volumes and related figures.
• Strong teamwork, communication and follow-up skills.
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willingness to learn Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics.
• Understanding of chemical production processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with conduct, discipline and professional communication.
• Support safety as top priority and maintain a clean, compliant environment.
• Coordinate line setup and daily staffing with line leads and operators.
• Monitor line performance and work with Maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Quality Control and other teams to ensure materials are ready.
• Maintain quality standards per procedures and production requirements.
• Update production information in Dynamics.
• Communicate status and follow-up needs to Production Manager and departments.
