Job summary

Edgewell is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the filling team in our Florida facility. You will organize schedules, monitor line efficiencies, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive continuous improvement and on-time delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, familiarity with SAP/E-Batch, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of manufacturing facility experience, FDA-regulated preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of SAP and E-Batch systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule colleagues to meet production targets.
• Communicate production issues and deviations to leadership promptly.
• Lead, assign, and inspect work in the filling department.
• Ensure Operators meet production needs and quality standards.
