The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Work Center Line Lead to oversee filling and assembly operations, coordinate line activities, and lead production teams while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with 1–2 years in manufacturing preferred and the ability to work overtime and lift up to 35 lbs. Benefits include comprehensive health and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing or production.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead production line teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Coordinate filling and assembly operations.
• Assign and rotate team members per safety and ops needs.
• Monitor performance, downtime, and inventory usage.
• Complete batch record reviews and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Perform line clearances and support changeovers.
• Investigate production variances and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure GMP, SOPs, quality standards and policies.
• Train and support team members and temporary staff.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations and other departments to drive improvements.
• Promote safe work environment and Lean practices.
