GUAM SUPPORT SERVICES LLC is seeking a Cook to prepare meals, follow safety guidelines, and manage portions per menu. You’ll monitor storage, minimize waste, and ensure equipment and areas stay clean for smooth operations.

Ideal candidates hold a Health Certificate, may have ServSafe, and demonstrate good communication. A high school diploma or GED is required, with delivery duties possible on occasion.

Competenze

• Valid Health Certificate, REQUIRED.
• Servsafe Certification preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food handling, safety, and health guidelines.
• Driver’s License recommended (Required for Cook Utility Drivers).

Mansioni

• Prepare meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables, fruits, and other items per the menu.
• Ensure proper quantity and minimize waste with safe handling and storage.
• Monitor supplies and assist with requisitions as needed.
• Keep kitchen tools, equipment, and areas clean and sanitized.
• May deliver meals to customers as needed; work with Kitchen Manager as directed.
