Salary Range: $16.00 To $18.00 Hourly
The Line Cook will prepare and cook menu items, complete food preparation, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, portion standards, and customer orders.
Set up, stock, and maintain assigned cooking and prep stations.
Follow food-safety, sanitation, labeling, storage, and temperature-control procedures.
Keep kitchen equipment, work areas, and storage areas clean and organized.
Communicate with team members to ensure accurate and timely service.
Assist with prep, stocking, receiving deliveries, dishwashing, cleaning, and closing duties as needed.
Report low inventory, food-quality concerns, equipment issues, or safety concerns to management.
Maintain dependable attendance, a positive attitude, and respectful teamwork.
Prior kitchen, restaurant, deli, café, or food-preparation experience preferred; training may be available for the right candidate.
Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food tickets accurately.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to [35–50] pounds.
