Job summary
Claris, an Apple company, seeks a Professional Services Engineer with deep FileMaker expertise to design, build, and support business-critical solutions for customers and partners. You will work across engagements, internal initiatives, product evaluations, and ecosystem programs, translating complex requirements into reliable technical solutions.
In this role you will lead hands-on development, provide technical guidance, and help strengthen the Claris developer community.
Qualifications
- 7+ years designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining FileMaker solutions.
- Strong knowledge of FileMaker architecture, data modeling, scripting, layouts, security, and deployment.
- Experience translating business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
- Experience working directly with customers, partners, or external technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead projects through the SDLC and communicate clearly.
Responsibilities
- Consult on customer engagements from discovery to multi-month implementations.
- Lead development of internal FileMaker solutions and product evaluations.
- Support ecosystem programs and strengthen the developer community.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and customer teams.
