Job summary

Navia Benefit Solutions Inc. is seeking an Integration Operations Specialist to manage and support inbound and outbound healthcare data file integrations with clients, partners, and vendors.

You will coordinate requirements, help build and validate file formats, and support testing to ensure accurate data transfer. You will serve as a subject matter resource for file integration processes, assist cross-functional teams with data questions, and contribute to ongoing improvements and special

• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines between systems.
• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries to validate data.
• Familiarity with secure file transfer protocols (SFTP) and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of healthcare data exchanges is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support inbound healthcare data imports (eligibility, deductions, open enrollment) and review discrepancy reports.
• Monitor shared inboxes and ticket queues, triage requests and respond within service timelines.
• Develop and deliver testing results and error summaries within agreed turnaround times.
• Maintain file/integration tracking docs, including status, issues, and next steps.
• Follow up on files in testing to drive timely completion.
• Configure or update account/integration setup details in internal systems.
• Track outstanding file requests and inputs from clients/partners.
• Archive tracking records and raise for closure when inactive.
• Coordinate conversations with clients, vendors, and third parties on tech changes and support decisions.
• Coordinate secure file transfer access (e.g., SFTP) with internal teams or external partners.
• Analyze and map changes for integration files as assigned.
• Communicate build requirements, timelines, and testing expectations to external partners.
• Build and support outbound partner feeds to meet contractual requirements.

About the Role:

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and support multiple types of inbound healthcare data imports (e.g., eligibility, deductions, open enrollment) and review discrepancy reports as needed.
• Monitor shared inboxes and ticket/case queues, triage requests, and respond to clients/partners within established service timelines.
• Develop and deliver testing results and error summaries within agreed-upon turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate file/integration tracking documentation, including status, issues, and next steps.
• Follow up on files in testing on a regular cadence to drive timely completion.
• Use internal systems to configure or update account/integration setup details as needed.
• Track and follow up on outstanding file requests and required inputs from clients/partners.
• Archive tracking records and raise for closure when requests remain inactive beyond defined timeframes.
• Participate in conversations with clients, vendors, and third parties regarding technical changes and support decisions related to ongoing operational processes, as needed.
• Coordinate secure file transfer access (e.g., SFTP) with appropriate internal teams or external partners, as needed.
• Analyze and map changes for integration files, as assigned.
• Communicate with external partners regarding file build requirements, timelines, and testing expectations.
• Build and support outbound partner feeds (e.g., COBRA eligibility reporting) to meet contractual and operational requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to interpret business needs and translate them into clear, basic data specifications with guidance.

Candidates within 30 miles of one of our four office locations may be asked to come into the office for a hybrid schedule depending on the role.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Help build and maintain data pipelines and file-based integrations that move and transform data between operational systems and reporting/analytics environments.
• Contribute to reusable data mapping and file specification templates used across systems and partners.
• Support intake, validation, and processing of inbound files, and generate outbound export files for partners and vendors.
• Working knowledge of secure file transfer concepts (e.g., SFTP) and related troubleshooting.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data across source systems and databases.
• Exposure to EDI or structured data exchange standards (e.g., healthcare enrollment/eligibility formats such as 834) is a plus
• Understanding of labor laws and compliance
