Job summary

Navia Benefit Solutions, Inc. is seeking a File Tester to ensure client data feeds flow smoothly into our systems. You will become a subject matter expert in import processes while coordinating with clients, brokers, and internal teams to maintain accuracy and timely processing.

• Process eligibility, deduction, and open enrollment files across Navia benefit plans.
• Retrieve and manage incoming files via SFTP.
• Identify file discrepancies and communicate them clearly to clients.
• Collaborate with the Imports team to meet daily processing goals.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in individual files or plan data.
• Partner with Account Managers and clients to resolve outstanding discrepancies.
• Work with internal partners, brokers, and clients to build and maintain file feeds.
• Provide a consistently high level of service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team.

About the Role:

As a File Tester, you'll be a key part of Navia's Imports team, ensuring client data flows smoothly and accurately into our systems. You'll become a subject matter expert in our import processes, working closely with clients, brokers, and internal partners to keep file feeds accurate and running smoothly, and play an important role supporting day-to-day operations as well as cross-functional projects.

Work Environment: Candidates within 30 miles of one of our four office locations may be asked to come into the office for a hybrid schedule depending on the role. Eligible candidates will reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SD, TN, TX, UT, AND WA
