Job summary

Serco is seeking a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. The role focuses on distributed training, mission planning, and mission execution with advanced simulation tools in a high‑security environment.

You will collaborate with U.S. and allied aircrews and JTACs, staying current on threats and tactics, while contributing to the development and testing of JSE distribution over the DMO network. A challenging, mission‑focused position.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or higher.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience, or Master’s with 7, or PhD with 4.
• Experience with fighter aircraft such as F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, F-35.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs/Small Team events.
• Use NGTS to develop/testing JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting on training and doctrine to military/defense clients.
