A training solutions company is seeking a part-time instructor in Memphis to deliver specialized courseware in a classroom setting. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in aviation and significant flying experience, including at least 500 hours in current fighter aircraft. Additional skills include strong communication abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A security clearance of 'Secret' or above is required for this role.
Qualifications
Must have flying experience within the past ten (10) years.
Minimum of 500 flying hours in any current USAF fighter or attack aircraft.
Instructor experience and 1000 hours in any current USAF fighter or attack aircraft is desired.
Currently must possess security clearance of “Secret” or above.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for their primary aircraft.
Monitor Stan Eval trends and revise courseware as needed.
Develop courseware and ensure compliance with assigned academic areas.
Coordinate lesson revision input with other SMEs.
Review publications for updates to incorporate into training materials.
