Job summary

A training solutions company is seeking a part-time instructor in Memphis to deliver specialized courseware in a classroom setting. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in aviation and significant flying experience, including at least 500 hours in current fighter aircraft. Additional skills include strong communication abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A security clearance of 'Secret' or above is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must have flying experience within the past ten (10) years.
• Minimum of 500 flying hours in any current USAF fighter or attack aircraft.
• Instructor experience and 1000 hours in any current USAF fighter or attack aircraft is desired.
• Currently must possess security clearance of “Secret” or above.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for their primary aircraft.
• Monitor Stan Eval trends and revise courseware as needed.
• Develop courseware and ensure compliance with assigned academic areas.
• Coordinate lesson revision input with other SMEs.
• Review publications for updates to incorporate into training materials.
