Job summary

A leading training organization in Memphis is seeking an instructor to deliver courseware and serve as the Subject Matter Expert for assigned aircraft. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in aviation or related field and have recent flying experience, including a minimum of 500 flying hours in a USAF aircraft. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a security clearance of 'Secret' or above are also required. This role involves extensive instruction, monitoring courseware currency, and coordinating lesson revisions.

Qualifications

• Must have flying experience within the past ten years.
• Minimum of 500 flying hours in any current USAF fighter or attack aircraft.
• Instructor experience preferred with 1000 flying hours in any current USAF fighter or attack aircraft.
• Must possess security clearance of 'Secret' or above.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CTI developed courseware through instruction/facilitation in a classroom environment.
• Monitor courseware currency and ensure updates are incorporated.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for assigned aircraft.
• Coordinate lesson revision input with other SMEs.
