Job summary

Delaware Resource Group is seeking a Contract Instructor Pilot in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will conduct formal course instruction and manage aircrew training device missions while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of aircraft systems.

A minimum of 1,000 hours of flying experience in fourth or fifth generation fighter aircraft is required, along with a bachelor's degree and military instructor experience. The role also demands the ability to evaluate pilot performance and provide effective training solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1,000 hours experience in fighter aircraft as a pilot.
• Experience as a Military Instructor Pilot and multi-ship flight lead required.
• Strong skills in evaluating pilot training and leading students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct academic instruction and aircrew training device instruction.
• Evaluate and record student performance and provide feedback.
• Conduct remedial training and revise lesson plans as necessary.
