Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven strength in WMS; ViaWare experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient use of Oracle EBS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Wave plan orders and verify inventory availability for orders.
• Ensure balanced work orders to Pick Line for efficient flow.
• Use WMS/EBS to confirm stock order status and release orders as needed.
• Coordinate with coordinators, supervisors, and pack checkers to ensure on-time shipping.
• Communicate with receiving and Customer Service teams; manage emails and calls promptly.
