Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities per schedule: vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize.
• Clean surfaces, dispose waste, recycle appropriately.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms; replenish supplies.
• Observe health and safety requirements; MSDS familiarity.
• Follow chemical and equipment safety protocols.
• Assist with room setup for events.
• Remove snow; apply de-icers.
• Operate floor scrubbers and basic tools.
• Perform minor repairs and painting as needed.
• Report repairs beyond minor scope.
• Secure and close buildings per protocol.
• Requisition supplies as needed.
• Maintain positive interactions with staff and public.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
