Job summary

Qualifications

• Clear communication with patrons and staff at all times.
• Ability to supervise multiple areas of the Fieldhouse.
• Maintain positive relationships with members and patrons.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the fitness center, Aerobics Room, and Spin Studio; enforce policies.
• Assist front desk with patron questions and issues.
• Provide equipment orientations and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Report maintenance needs promptly to supervisor.
• Open/close facility per protocols and maintain cleanliness.
