Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Field Zone Manager (FCG) to represent Ford within our network of independent dealerships. You will advise dealership owners on sales, marketing, service, parts, and customer ownership to drive growth and loyalty. You will complete a structured onboarding in Dearborn, MI, then manage a zone across Ford's 21 U.S.

Regions, traveling weekly and relocating as needed. A company vehicle and relocation support are part of the program.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in business or related field with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 0–3 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1 Foundational Training (Dearborn, MI) with classroom learning and simulations; shadow Zone Managers.
• Phase 2 Field Assignment in a Ford region; manage dealership portfolio.
• Long-Term Growth: progress into field mgmt, marketing strategy, product development, or global operations.
