Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Field Intern for a 12-week program based out of a Ford Regional Office, including Dearborn Headquarters. You will shadow Field Zone Managers, analyze dealer performance, and assist in executing national programs to improve sales and customer experience.

The internship requires full-time availability by September 2028, willingness to travel regionally (3–4 days/week), and on-site hybrid work four+ days.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Available for full-time employment by September 2028 (or post-graduation).

Responsibilities

• Regional Office Immersion: work on-site at a Ford Regional Office, collaborating directly with field leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Shadow & Field Experience: travel with Zone Managers to dealerships to observe strategic consultations and meetings.
• Data & Market Analysis: analyze dealer sales metrics, market share trends, and regional performance data.
• Program Execution: assist in implementing national corporate programs and promotional campaigns across the dealer network.
