The role partners with Operations, Project Management, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources to forecast manpower and optimize staffing across projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction operations or field workforce management.
• Experience with prevailing wage and labor requirements preferred.
• Experience with field workforce allocation and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide field workforce planning in partnership with Operations and project leadership.
• Oversee workforce allocation, including personnel assignments, transfers, mobilizations, and demobilizations.
• Maintain visibility into workforce availability, skills, certificates, and staffing needs.
• Partner with project leadership to review manpower forecasts and labor utilization.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to identify staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Work with Human Resources to maintain wage structures and compensation adjustments.
