You will work with Operations, Project Management, Talent Acquisition, and HR to forecast manpower requirements and optimize staffing across sites. The role emphasizes developing workforce programs, coordinating hires, managing wage structures, and ensuring compliant staffing while supporting career growth and retention in a fast-paced construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or HR is preferred.
• 7+ years in construction operations or workforce planning preferred.
• Experience with prevailing wage or union labor requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide field workforce planning in partnership with Operations and project leadership to forecast short- and long-term manpower requirements.
• Oversee workforce allocation, including personnel assignments and mobilizations, to ensure effective utilization across projects.
• Maintain visibility into workforce availability, qualifications, and certifications to support staffing decisions.
• Partner with project leadership to review manpower forecasts and resolve staffing priorities across projects.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify staffing needs and provide hiring insights.
• Help maintain field wage structures and recommend compensation adjustments based on qualifications and market conditions.
