Job summary

Bauer Foundation Corp. in the United States is seeking a Workforce Manager who will oversee field workforce planning, allocation, deployment, and development to support staffing across projects.

You will partner with Operations, Project Management, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources to forecast needs, assign personnel, align wage structures, and drive workforce development to attract and retain skilled field staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction operations or field workforce management.
• Experience with prevailing wage and labor requirements preferred.
• Experience managing field workforce allocation and compensation decisions.

Responsibilities

• Forecast manpower requirements and coordinate staffing across projects.
• Oversee workforce allocation, deployments, and transfers.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR on hiring priorities and wage structures.
• Identify training and career development opportunities.
• Monitor labor market trends and advise leadership on staffing.
