Job summary

Bauer Foundation Corp. (BFC) is a Florida corporation and the U.S. subsidiary of the BAUER Group, a leading foundation contractor.

The Corporate Safety Manager will lead safety, health, and risk management across operations and projects, advising executives and driving a strong safety culture. The role requires developing companywide safety policies, overseeing training, inspections, incident response, and regulatory compliance, including OSHA, EM 385-1-1, EPA, and DOT standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Safety Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• CSP or CHST designation strongly preferred.
• Experience developing and administering safety programs across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve safety policies and programs across the company.
• Advise executive leadership on safety performance, risk exposure, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead field-wide safety standards implementation across projects and locations.
• Identify hazards and corrective actions; drive performance improvements.
• Oversee safety training programs for employees, supervisors, and leadership.
• Prepare safety reporting dashboards and present to senior leadership.
• Represent the company with OSHA and other regulatory authorities.
• Travel domestically as needed to support projects.
