Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a Business Services Recruiter to lead strategic talent acquisition and employer engagement initiatives across Franklin County and surrounding regions. You will design recruitment strategies, analyze labor market data, and partner with employers, education institutions, and workforce partners to build targeted talent pipelines.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, workforce development, public administration, economic development, or related field, or equivalent mix of education/experience.
• Minimum of three years' professional experience in workforce development, recruiting, employer engagement, HR, business/economic development.
• Experience with workforce technology platforms, labor market information systems, and AI-enhanced recruitment tools preferred.
• Experience managing projects, employer partnerships, or workforce initiatives preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a workforce development consultant to employers by assessing workforce challenges and recommending recruitment/talent strategies.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with employers, industry associations, workforce partners, and educational institutions.
• Analyze workforce needs and labor market trends to identify opportunities for talent pipeline development.
• Coordinate with rapid response teams and workforce partners on transition services and events.
