JC Automation Corp. in Carolina, PR is seeking a Work Package Owner to drive an assigned base work package from field mobilization through mechanical completion and turnover, coordinating with design, procurement, construction, systems completion and CQV teams.

The WPO acts as the Owner's advocate in the field, ensuring timely decisions, proper interface management, risk identification, and escalation to project leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience on complex industrial, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar capital projects.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary construction, startup, and turnover activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, interface management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Owner representative for an assigned Base Work Package from field mobilization through mechanical completion and turnover.
• Monitor safety, quality, schedule, cost, productivity, and risk performance.
• Coordinate package interfaces with adjacent work packages, design, procurement, construction, systems completion, commissioning, and operations.
• Identify emerging performance issues and elevate concerns through appropriate project governance channels.
• Support turnover and CQV readiness to meet project milestones.
