JC Automation Corp. seeks a Work Package Owner for E&I / Automation / Information Technology in Carolina, PR.

You will oversee a defined package from field mobilization through turnover, manage safety, quality, schedule, and costs, and coordinate interfaces with design, procurement, construction, and CQV teams. You will drive issue resolution, promote alignment across teams, and ensure early risk identification while supporting systems completion and turnover for critical projects in the

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience on complex industrial capital projects.
• Strong coordination of multi-disciplinary construction, startup and turnover activities.
• Experience with contractor management, project controls, and quality systems.
• English required; Spanish strongly preferred for Puerto Rico projects.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Owner representative for an assigned Base Work Package through handover.
• Monitor safety, quality, schedule, cost, productivity and risk performance.
• Maintain execution readiness and interface tracking plans.
• Coordinate interfaces with adjacent work packages and stakeholders.
• Escalate risks and ensure timely decisions via project governance channels.
• Support turnover readiness and CQV activities to meet project objectives.
