Job summary

JC Automation Corp. is seeking a Work Package Owner to manage a defined scope in E&I, automation and information technology for a major capital project in Carolina, Puerto Rico.

You will oversee contractor performance, interfaces, safety, quality and turnover readiness from field mobilization to mechanical completion. The role requires a Bachelor's in an engineering-related field and a minimum of 10 years on complex industrial projects, with strong stakeholder and interface management, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience on complex industrial, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar capital projects.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary construction, startup, and turnover activities.
• Experience with systems completion, mechanical completion, turnover, and CQV processes preferred.
• English required; Spanish strongly preferred for Puerto Rico projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner representative for assigned Base Work Package from field mobilization through turnover.
• Monitor safety, quality, schedule, cost, productivity, and risk performance for the package.
• Coordinate interfaces with adjacent work packages and operational stakeholders.
• Support planning, readiness reviews, and contractor progress discussions.
• Escalate risks and manage constraints to leadership as needed.
• Promote safe, compliant execution and timely turnover to CQV and operations.
