Job summary

Trace3, a leading Transformative IT Authority, seeks an Engineer to deliver remote and on-site support across North America in diverse client environments. You will design physical infrastructure, perform wireless design, and configure hardware, from data centers to headends.

This is a 100% onsite role with heavy travel (up to 85–90%). Responsibilities include RF planning, site surveys, device configuration, documentation, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while aligning with Trace3

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise network design and support.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco wireless APs and controllers.
• Knowledge of Ekahau Pro Suite/Sidekick required.

Responsibilities

• Document network infrastructure and design.
• Perform wireless network design and analysis.
• Plan, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot wireless LANs.
